Uttermost: Innovative & Impactful Accent Furnishings

I recently wrote an article about my fruitful trip to Furniture Market in High Point with fellow designer Patricia Justice of Patricia Justice Designs. A few of the companies with displays at Furniture Market left an impression on me; today, I will focus on one of those companies, Uttermost.
Uttermost: One of the best-kept secrets in home accents!
Actually, this is not exactly true. For several years now, I have read excellent reviews of Uttermost on home stager forums. Home stagers who own staging furnishing inventory often purchase Uttermost furnishings and accent pieces because of 1) style; 2) versatility; and 3) price point.
Retail: $ 326
Uttermost may not be a household name to people outside of the home staging and design industry, but those of us within the industry appreciate what Uttermost brings to the table. The company specializes in transitional and modern styling, and their items mesh with most styles of home decor. The pieces have clean lines, and many items incorporate metallics for visual impact. Price points for the goods are extremely reasonable, making posh style affordable.
Uttermost accent furnishings
Uttermost features accent furnishings for all spaces of a home or commercial space. The current selections from Uttermost and their new line, Revelation, features transitional, modern, and luxe styling. Pieces are characterized by clean lines, geometric elements, integration of metals, and versatile finishes. Uttermost’s niche is accent, or complementary, furnishings that elevate the style of any room.
While Uttermost carries larger pieces of furniture for dining areas, they do not offer complete furnishings for every room. For example, they do not carry beds or dressers, but they offer accent tables, lamps, benches, mirrors, and rugs to complement existing furniture. In fact, their accent pieces can take the most ordinary living space to the next level.
Revelation brand
The Uttermost Revelation brand features accent furnishings as well as a small selection of transitional sofas, including a tufted Chesterfield sofa, leather sofas, and a chenille mid-century sofa. Revelation includes mid-century modern styling with eclectic pieces, some of which feature traditional elements such as decorative upholstery tacks and wood trim detailing. Many of the accent furnishings celebrate natural influences and finishes.

Eye-catching details
When I visited the Uttermost showroom at Furniture Market in High Point, I immediately fell in love! I have to admit, the displays captivated my attention. Why was I so drawn to their merchandise? I had to ask myself what I found so interesting in the showroom. After all, I had the opportunity to visit a number of showrooms, but the Uttermost displays really grabbed my attention.
Each piece at Uttermost seemed to be crafted with attention to silhouette, so much that each piece could stand alone as the focal point of a space. For example, many accessory pieces showcased interesting finishes, geometric details, and nature-inspired textures. Lamps and mirrors showed the same ingenuity of design, etching their unique place within a design space.
