Designer for a Day Package

This package is a great value for the property owner or manager who needs to address a number of issues or spaces. The Designer for a Day package allows you the freedom to use my expertise where you most need help, at a reduced hourly rate. My Designer for a Day package includes 6 hours of dedicated guidance, focusing on your individual needs.
Eligible services include design planning, furniture and art placement, color and surface selection, and personal shopping.The hours can be split among different days, with a minimum of 1 hour per scheduled session, no expiration date.
$449 for 6 hours of service
Style My Rental Property
Short-term, vacation, and furnished rental and commercial properties need to photograph well to remain competitive. When the rental or commercial property doesn’t look as good as the competition, it’s lost income! Includes a property evaluation, furnishing placement recommendations, and recommendations for specific furnishings to enhance the rental property.
$299 for evaluation. Hands-on staging fee additional, call for quote.
Color Evaluation & Planning
Changing interior or exterior paint color is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to transform a space, but it is important to choose the right color the first time. The evaluation includes a customized color palette for the room, including accent colors.

Real Estate Styling Evaluations
Occupied Homes
For people planning to list their home or having difficulty selling a listed home. Each room and space is evaluated objectively with detailed, actionable Selling Success Plan. The goals are for the home to 1) Photograph as well as possible for listing photos; and 2) Flow well for in-person showings. Specific purchases may be recommended, but only when they will enhance the appeal and perceived value of the home.
$299, up to 2 hours
Vacant Homes
Empty homes typically take much longer to sell than homes that are furnished. Why? They don’t photograph or show well. There’s no emotional connection with the buyer.
For vacant homes, the first step is a property evaluation. Based on the evaluation, rental furnishings and decor are chosen that accent the home’s finest details. The home is transformed from a vacant property into a model home. Recommendations and pricing vary according to the property.
Initial property evaluation $150. Staging price varies. Evaluation fee applied toward Vacant Staging package price.
Decorating Evaluations & Design Boards (E-design)
Feeling stuck? A Decorating Evaluation can provide creative suggestions! Similar to a Home Styling Evaluation, the home is evaluated objectively, with actionable recommendations.
Mood Boards are offered as an add-on for any project, to illustrate the vision for a room. Product sourcing information included with each mood board.
$249 for evaluation; $99 per design board.
